SEARCH Intake
Intake & Discovery: We take a consultative approach to understand the search assignment, job spec, and the team’s needs and expectations. We evaluate the organization’s values and culture.
EVALUATION: Market Research
We’ll assess the competitive landscape to understand best places to source from.
ACCESS: Our Exclusive consulting leadership network
We will begin outreach and source candidates from our exclusive and extensive consulting leadership network, which has been built over 20 years. We’ll leverage the NextGen tools and technology we’ve invested in to bring you the most qualified talent in the U.S.
REVIEW: Calibration and Market Checks
After formal candidate presentations have been provided, we’ll ensure we are on track. We will consistently track all candidates presented with their current status to the client Executive Team.
CHOICE: Final List, Assessment, and Selection
We’ll narrow the list down to the Top 3 candidates using our scoring system, and we’ll select final two candidates with the intention of choosing a finalist.
HIRE: Offer and Onboarding
An offer will be made after terms are agreed upon. We’ll handle negotiations no matter how complex, and we’ll assist both parties in moving forward to successful final acceptance. Yellow Tree will follow through and assist with Onboarding, if needed.
