To uncover your talent needs, Yellow Tree will take a consultative approach to fully understand the assignment, your company culture and needs, and then create and implement the strategy for candidate attraction with your team to create the needed job profile and description.
Yellow Tree has spent hundreds of hours researching the market and has developed tools to identify and track the best talent in the market. Yellow Tree will employ our network, finding you the most qualified talent and handling both the introduction and ongoing contact with candidates.
Those who fit your needs will go through a rigorous in-person interview process to uncover the realistic assessment of the candidates’ strengths and weaknesses.  If agreed upon, we may employ additional Candidate Assessment tests. 
Finally, a formal presentation of candidate is provided. We will provide consistent tracking of all candidate’s presented with their current status to client Executive Contact, Hiring Director, or HR Officer/Manager.
We won’t stop until we have the best candidates.  We gather the feedback of both interviewers and interviewees to determine fit, and if not an extraordinary match, we’ll use the information to hone in on the very best candidate and finalist.    Ultimately, we will assist you in assessment, selection, and offer negotiation.  We do the execution ourselves to assure your satisfaction.
